PATERNITY

It is very important for you to have experienced legal representation for paternity cases.  This cases can be very time sensitive, as well as emotionally charged.  You may feel compelled to sign documents that legally determine you as the father, even though it is typically in your best interest to confirm paternity through DNA testing.

If you have already signed an Affidavit of Parentage, time is of the essence when it comes to filing for parenting time, legal custody or even physical custody of your child.  You may even want to consider confirming paternity with DNA testing to avoid becoming emotionally attached and/or paying child support for a child who may later be discovered to be the biological child of another father.  I have handled several cases in which my client discovered he was not the biological father after years of paying child support.

As your Attorney, my goal is to provide you with your legal options and work closely with you to determine, strategize and accomplish your short and long-term paternity goals.

I will work hard and provide you with aggressive legal representation with a compassionate presentation to fully represent you!
