Durable Power of Attorney

Most people mistakenly believe that a Revocable Power of Attorney doesn't need to be prepared until a person is well into their "senior citizen" years.  However, this is far from the truth!  If you have bills to pay, own a car, house, a bank account or other type of tangible property, you should have a Power of Attorney designating a trustworthy person to handle your financial affairs in the event you become sick or have an unfortunate accident and need immediate help.

Having your Durable Power of Attorney in place is extremely important and can save your family hundreds of dollars in probate court fees.

As your Attorney, my goal is to work closely with you to determine, strategize and accomplish your short and long-term power of attorney goals.
